Clean, concentrated and complex expression here, with a high degree of ripeness moving into the blueberry fruit spectrum. The palate is fullish, juicy, concentrated and firm, with lots of savoury, meaty, beef bouillon flavours and decent length. Correct example from the traditional side. Score – 91.
