Rikyubai Iwafune Honjozo Tokubetsu Junmai Sake

Daimon Brewery was established in Osaka Prefecture in 1826 and utilizes local water from the Ikoma Mountain range for its sake production. It pours with gentle, nutty aromas, hints of dragon fruit, and an intense, fresh palate highlighted by light notes of sweet melon. It can be enjoyed either warmed or chilled.
