Sawanoi Junmai Ginjo Souten Sake

Ozawa Brewery is situated in Ome City on the western side of Tokyo. This Junmai Ginjo sake is brewed from Gohyakumangoku rice with a 55% rice polishing ratio. It presents delicate fruity and floral aromas, juicy citrus and lemongrass, along with rich, creamy flavours on the palate. Best enjoyed chilled with seafood dishes.
