Shichiken Hoshi No Kagayaki Sparkling

Shicheken is brewed in Hakusshu using Hitogokochi rice polished to 67%, then undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle. It pours with notes of pink grapefruit, marshmallows and cotton candy. The palate offers a lively mousse with a hint of sweetness, followed by a crisp, dry finish and ample umami.
