Silva Sera Cabernet Sauvignon Mandilaria 2016

Silva Sera Red is a unique blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and the indigenous Cretan varietal Mandilari, aged for ten months in French oak barrels. The bouquet reveals notes of blackberries, figs and spices. Dark fruit and spice carry through to the palate, with round tannins and moderate acidity; medium to full-bodied.
