At the foot of Monte Arabí, the Castaño family tends some of the oldest vines planted in the sun-drenched appellation of Yecla. This wine was made from Monastrell, Cabernet Sauvignon and Tintorera all picked by hand and was aged for 10 months in a mix of French and American oak. Look for rich, dense, dark fruit tones and a sprinkling of spices.
