Made in the traditional method from 100% Chardonnay harvested from Oliviera Vineyard in Lincoln Lakeshore and Thirty Bench Vineyard in Beamsville Bench, and matured on the lees for 48 months. Pair with quiche, crab cakes or Brie with water crackers.
