Trius Showcase Wild Ferment Watching Tree Chardonnay 2023

From a single vineyard, namely, the Watching Tree Vineyard planted in 1989. The wine is fermented with wild yeast then aged sur lie in French oak for 10 months with no malolactic conversion. Bold and rich with notes of toasty oak, toffee, melted butter, custard, yellow apple and ripe peach. Pair with turkey pot pie or smoked cheddar.
