Urakasumi Yamahai Junmai Dai-Ginjo Hirano Sake

Urakasumi Sake Brewery was founded in 1724 and has been run by the Saura family ever since. This sake is crafted with Yamada Nishiki rice with a 40% rice polishing ratio. It’s full, rich, and well-balanced, with notes of peach, pear, and banana, as well as hints of steamed rice and melon. Pair with seafood and steak.
