An aging regimen of three months in Ole Smoky whiskey barrels has created a noteworthy flavor profile. Chewy tannins and notes of grilled meat are as powerful as they are charismatic. Brown-sugared beet, sweet woodsy notes, and tobacco are a nod to the barrels character, while spiced black cherry adds to the lengthy, memorable finish. Score – 94.
