Sweet & tangy with a unique blend of savoury, fruity & earthy notes. Bright aromas of honey, lemon & ginger along with notes of beeswax, fermented pineapple & dried apples. The palate is mouth drying with notes of ginger, kombucha, citrus, slight must & nutty cheese. The finish is long, sweet & reminiscent of barley tea.
