Niu Lan Shan Er Guo Tou 50 Year Old

Made using sorghum grown in China, this traditional clear Baijiu is fermented underground in ceramic jars. Aged 50 years, it has an elegant, light fruit taste (similar to pineapple) with a smooth and mellow long finish. Serve with duck or mutton.
