Freihof Williamsbirnen Schnapps

‘Schnapps’ is simply the traditional name for brandy in the central European regions of Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Luxembourg. Made with distilled pears, this has excellent intensity and is dry and refreshing. Quite vibrant with citrus, malt and honey tones and a gentle suggestion of caramel, it has a very fine balance and will make a perfect sup for after dinner.
