Bimini Gin

Created in Maine using Illinois corn, Bimini eases up on the juniper to create a lighter, fruitier style of gin. Bright flavours of citrus, grapefruit, mint and fennel, with juniper and coriander notes and a peppery finish. Perfect in a Martini or with smoked fish.
