This rose gin from the award-winning Irish distillery was first made to honour the head distiller’s mum, Rose, at his brother’s wedding. You’re greeted by citrus, rose petals, orange zest, anise, and spice notes. Medium-bodied and fruity with a long, graceful finish. Serve over ice with tonic water and a lemon slice.
