Gordon’s Pink Gin

Drawing from an 1880s recipe, this pink gin uses natural fruit flavours coupled with a modicum of juniper. Aromas and flavours of fresh raspberry and strawberry along with juniper, rose petal and a touch of pink grapefruit adorn its velvety palate. The finish is berry-tinged. Serve with shrimp and pork dumpling appetizers.
