A modern landmark in the distillery district – the copper columns of the still at the Spirit of York Distillery are revealed by a striking transparent glass tower. For their gin, juniper joins selected botanicals resulting in a gin that is delicate, with a floral bouquet, bright citrus notes and a distinct juniper finish.
