Orkney Northwest Passage London Dry Gin

Orkney Distilling produced this gin to help fund a group of daring rowers to be the first to row through the Northwest Passage. Botanicals sourced from Hudson Bay and Orkney include sugar kelp, a form of seaweed, roses and angelica. Light a briny citrus edge, and a licorice finish. Try with herring or salmon.
