This Grappa Riserva is distilled using the ancient discontinuous method in steam-heated copper stills, according to Venetian tradition. It is then aged for a minimum of 10 years in oak barrels. Expressive aromas lead to intricate, soft, spicy notes of vanilla, hazelnut, and caramel. Sip neat in a small tulip glass.
