Aged for nine years in deeply charred American oak and bottled at 50%, Knob Creek pours golden amber in colour and offers aromas of caramel, vanilla and hints of sweet apricot. On the palate, it is rich & full-bodied with caramel, baked apple, delicate wood smoke and nutmeg flavour followed by sweet oak on the finish.
