Averna Amaro

Averna is the authentic Sicilian bitter, with a recipe that is unchanged since 1868. Deep brown in colour, with complex aromas of herbs, dried fruit, spices, licorice and citrus zest. A sip introduces bittersweet flavours of orange zest, cola, ginger and baking spices. Serve over ice, with a sprig of sage or rosemary.
