Sambuca Pimpinella Anisum

Italian anise-flavoured colourless liqueur with strong anise flavour. Obtained from the infusion and distillation of star anise and fennel seeds. Can be served neat; ice enhances its flavours and changes the colour of this beverage from transparent to dense white.
