Named for the woman who saved the recipe while fleeing Spain to Jamaica, this recipe was re-discovered in the 1940s and produced as Tia Maria. It is filled with complex aromas and distinct flavours of roasted coffee beans and vanilla, the addition of Jamaican rum adds depth, body and structure to a lengthy finish.
