Hakutake Yuzumon Shochu Liqueur

This liqueur is made by blending Honkaku rice shochu (distilled spirit) and sugar with freshly squeezed juice from Japanese yuzu fruit and lemon. Delightfully tangy, delicately complex and harmonious, it’s best served over ice or with a splash of sparkling water.
