Ouzo Plomari has used the same recipe since it was established in 1894, with over 15 raw materials and botanicals. It pours crystal clear with intense aromas of licorice, aniseed, fennel and eucalyptus. The palate is semi-sweet and flavourful with a lengthy finish. Enjoy it in cocktails or serve on its own.
