This is a deeply coloured, almost brown liqueur. It is quite bitter, with orange, ginger, clove and fresh herbs on the nose. It is full bodied, thick and very sweet with considerable heat. Very appealing if these liqueurs are your style. Tasted June 2023. Score – 91. (David Lawrason, winealign.com)
