Dillon’s Black Currant Liqueur

This black currant liqueur is a superb take on Crème de Cassis from acclaimed Ontario spirit masters, Dillon’s Small Batch Distillers. Fresh local black currants are steeped in a 100% rye-based spirit and sweetened with cane sugar. The resulting spirit is rich, ripe and bursting with sweet currant flavour.
