‘Adolo’ is a traditional expression that Greek distillers use to describe the ‘heart’ of the distillate. Using only the ‘heart’ of the distillate, Ouzo of Polmari Adolo is triple-distilled in a hand-made copper still that dates back to 1911. Expect delicate aromas and flavours of anise, fennel, mastic and sweet spice.
