The Pilavas family has been making this fine ouzo for three generations, using the same recipe for nearly 60 years. They keep their ouzo in stainless steel vats for 2-3 months after distillation, ensuring a smooth, sweet spirit with subtle notes of anise and a crisp mouthfeel.
