The Dalmore Cask Curation Series: The Sherry Edition

The Dalmore Cask Curation Series is a 150-set series of annual limited releases showcasing three rare aged single malts, with each release highlighting a particular style of cask. The 2023 edition features a 30-year-old Apostoles cask and a 30-year-old Matusalem Oloroso cask previously used to mature wines in the solera system and a unique 2002 vintage Sherry cask, all from González Byass.The Fine Cask Curation Series features a 26-year-old vintage Sherry cask finish single malt, a 28-year-old Matusalem cask finish single malt and a 43-year-old Apostoles cask single malt.
