This distillery was founded in 2016 by William Carter and Peter Wilkins to create unique products using locally sourced ingredients. It pours amber with thrilling notes of vanilla, sea salt, spice, roses and caramel. It’s medium-bodied and oaky with a long, warm finish. Savour neat after dinner.
