This Rum was produced in a double wooden pot still – the only one of its kind in use today, constructed in 1732 on the Port Mourant Estate. Bottling at cask strength results in robust aromas of spiced oak, cherries and candied oranges. A smooth finish reveals leather and tobacco notes. Enjoy with Banoffee pie.
