Sweet potatoes from Southern Kyushu are hand-selected and distilled at a low temperature, producing a unique and aromatic shochu. It is smooth and viscous with a savoury and slightly sweet mouthfeel and a clean, dry finish. Enjoy it over ice or try it with hot water. Pair it with Korean BBQ.
