Crafted with 100% carefully selected, high-grade, Kogane Sengan sweet potato and made from a collaboration between the Mitsutake brewery and the famous manga, Fist of the Northstar. The roundness of black koji combined with the sweetness of sweet potato results in a particularly gentle shochu. Enjoy on the rocks.
