Palinka is an origin-protected Hungarian fruit spirit variety, produced in small batches and made of fresh, orchard-grown fruit. Plum is one of the most popular flavours in Central and Eastern Europe, consumed either as an aperitif, or an after-meal drink. Best enjoyed slightly chilled.
