The mint, fennel, rocket and anise used in this amaro are harvested from the land around the distillery, near San Constanzo chapel. Herbal aromatics reveal mint, anise, wild herb and flower notes. The palate is smooth with a balanced mix of sweet, herbal, bitter and spicy flavours. Serve chilled or over ice.
