Kazehakuba Rice Shochu

Using carefully selected ingredients from the city of Saito, the moromi, or sake mash is distilled at a low temperature to create a condensed flavour and filtered at the freezing point to create a rich ginjo aroma. Pairs well served with seafood dishes.
