This 100% rice-based spirit is single-distilled at low temperatures using vacuum distillation. Delicate aromas of bananas with apricot, plums and flowers. Beautifully balanced on the palate with melon, apricot and lemon zest on a backdrop of rice. Serve neat, or in cocktails. Pairs well with seafood and barbequed meat.
