Del Maguey Wild Jabali

Del Maguey was one of the first to introduce artisanal Mezcal to the world. This unique Mezcal uses Jabali, a rarely used agave that is very challenging to work with. It shines with notes of fresh figs, baked apples, star anise and earthy notes. The palate is bright and floral, with moderate acidity and hints of sandalwood.
