Stauning Rye Whisky

This whisky uses locally sourced rye and barley that is double distilled in open-fire pot stills, unfiltered and aged in American oak barrels. Flavours of freshly baked rye bread and hints of pepper are balanced by vanilla and citrus fruit, smooth with a sweet, fruity, long finish. Enjoy neat; serve with smoked salmon.
