This bourbon is a mixture of grains, 65% corn and 22% rye, with wheat and barley making up the rest. It is aged for four years in American oak barrels creating sweet, fruity and floral aromas with spice and bready notes. Rich and complex flavours with caramel, spice and a touch of sweetness.
