Bowmore’s Sherry Oak Cask 15-Year-Old is a crimson-shaded amber spirit, redolent with aromas of baking spice, dark chocolate and dried fruit. The palate is layered and complex, presenting flavours of licorice, clove, toffee and Turkish delight. This finish is long and spicy, with notes of smoke and cedar.
