Locally produced, 100% Canadian Rye Whisky is cask-aged for four years and then finished in Caribbean rum casks for complexity and roundness. Initial aroma and flavours of molasses, rye spice and oak lead to notes of caramel and honey. The palate has hints of sweet Caribbean rum and balanced spice on the finish. Enjoy neat.
