This non-chill filtered whisky is made with malted barley mash of winter wheat from Northern British Columbia; remarkably smooth with aromas of citrus, orange pekoe tea, dried fruit and toast; the palate has flavours of cherry, pepper and vanilla; medium-bodied and spicy with a long-lasting finish.
