Lot No. 40 Oloroso Cask Canadian Whisky

Release No. 4 in the Rye Explorations Series is a celebration of bold rye flavours. It is distilled in column and pot stills, aged in American oak, and finished in Oloroso sherry casks. It pours with notes of pear, walnut, cherry and spice. Additional notes of oak, tobacco and rye spice add to the robust flavour profile.
