Spirit In Niagara Mixed Mash Whisky

This whisky is locally produced in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Distilled from a mixed mash of corn, wheat and barley and aged in virgin oak casks. The pleasing flavours of butterscotch, candied fruit and toasted oak finish smooth and dry. Excellent served with roasted meats or a dark chocolate cake.
