This single malt is matured in first-fill bourbon and virgin American oak barrels, eliciting vibrant aromas of citrus and apple with vanilla, ginger and spice. The palate is soft and playful, showing crème brûlée, candied fruit, and loads of toasted oak with caramel on the finish.
