Highland Park Distillery in Kirkwall, Orkney, has crafted award-winning whisky since 1798. Their Cask Strength Release No.5 is matured in first-fill sherry seasoned European and American oak and ex-bourbon casks. Delightfully fragrant and smoky with complex flavours of sweet spices, dried fruits, cocoa and licorice.
