Double matured, first in refill and new American Oak and then in ex-Sherry casks, bringing sea salt and air aromas with smoky lemon. Soft and creamy with flavours of violet, spiced plum and chili pepper mid-palate, balanced by the rich flavours of the sea, sweet plums and spicy pepper on the lengthy, smoky, finish.
