The Dalmore Constellation Collection Cask No. 18 1992 Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Under the watchful eye of Master Distiller Richard Paterson, this spirit was initially matured in American white oak first-fill Kentucky Bourbon barrels to give it a flawless base of vanilla, ginger spice and mango. After 10 long years in cask, the spirit was transferred to the finest Tawny Port pipes from Porto, Portugal, where it would rest for a further nine years, developing enticing notes of chunky marmalade, bitter chocolate and rich plum.
